1. Scope of Services

• Included Services: Our brand identity design package includes logo design, business card design, and letterhead design. Additional services or revisions beyond the initial scope may incur extra charges.

• Revisions: Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

2. Project Timeline

• Completion Time: The estimated completion time for the initial designs is 1 weeks from the date of project commencement. This timeline may vary based on the complexity of the project and promptness of client feedback.

• Delays: Any delays in providing feedback or necessary information may affect the project timeline.

3. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before the project begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files.

• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the final designs. We retain the right to showcase the designs in our portfolio and marketing materials.

• Usage: The designs are for your business use only. Any resale or redistribution of the designs is prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: If you wish to cancel the project, please notify us in writing. Refunds will be provided based on the stage of completion and any work already done.

• Refunds: Refunds are not available once the final designs have been delivered. If the project is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.

6. Confidentiality

• Client Information: We respect your privacy and will not share or distribute any confidential information provided during the project.

• Designs: All designs and ideas remain confidential until final approval and delivery.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Feedback: Timely feedback and information are essential for the successful completion of the project. Delays in feedback may affect the project timeline.

• Approval: It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve designs before final delivery. Once approved, any further changes may incur additional charges.

8. Governing Law
