Included Services: Our brand identity design package includes logo design, business card design, and letterhead design. Additional services or revisions beyond the initial scope may incur extra charges.
Revisions: Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
2. Project Timeline
Completion Time: The estimated completion time for the initial designs is 1 weeks from the date of project commencement. This timeline may vary based on the complexity of the project and promptness of client feedback.
Delays: Any delays in providing feedback or necessary information may affect the project timeline.
3. Payment Terms
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before the project begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files.

5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel the project, please notify us in writing. Refunds will be provided based on the stage of completion and any work already done.
Refunds: Refunds are not available once the final designs have been delivered. If the project is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
